1.Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Domestic shipping (CHINA): 2 – 7 business days
- International shipping: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated dates will be shown in checkout based on your delivery location)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather or customs delays.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, NailFav cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.
- All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm AWST, Monday – Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
