TIPS
We support environmentalism and try to minimize the pressure on nature due to human activities, so if the size doesn't fit you can contact us and we will teach you to polish the edges of your nails with a nail file to fit you.
Within 7 days after receiving the product, if your size does not fit, we can exchange the size for you, you need to return the product, but need to make sure that the product is intact, the packaging is complete and there are no signs of use.
We kindly advise you to thoroughly review your order and choose your size according to our size guide before completing your purchase. Your understanding of this matter is greatly appreciated. We value the trust you place in us, and we prioritize your health and safety above all. 💓

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLCY
At NailFav, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your nail products. Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1.Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging(with all tool kit items)
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2.How to Request a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at nailfav@outlook.com.Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images (if applicable).
3.Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.
4.Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the same process as for a return. You can then place a new order for the item of your choice.
6.Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us nailfav@outlook.com immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
